• Driving from the Ferry at Penneshaw is 46km and takes about 40 minutes.

• Driving from Kingscote Airport is 9km and takes about 10 minutes.

• From either direction, turn off Hog Bay Rd on to Western Cove Rd (NOT Min Oil Rd), drive all the way to Nepean Esplanade and turn left. The property is about 500 metres on your left. It stands out as it is the only 2 storey house on that part of the esplanade.

• Drive cautiously, especially at dawn and dusk, as kangaroos and wallabies are active.

• Be careful on unsealed roads as they can be slippery and conditions change frequently.
